Air source Heat pump

Conventional heat pumps frequently cycle on and off, resulting in uncomfortable temperature fluctuations. Bosch IDS 2.0 inverter-driven heat pumps are able to self-adjust, providing consistent room temperature, even when the

outdoor temperature dips to -4° F.

 

It takes traditional systems a long time to reach the homeowner's desired temperature, while the boosted compressor speed of inverter systems allows for quicker, smoother and more efficient heating and cooling.

Modulating inverter systems deliver only the amount of hot or cool air needed to achieve the desired temperature - no more, no less. With up to 20.5 SEER and 10.5 HSPF, the Inverter Ducted Split system can provide you with

maximum comfort levels at a minimum cost.

Intelligent Control The system will adjust the output capacity to match your ideal temperature requirements. Also, with a two speed AHU fan control, the system delivers enhanced humidity control.

Geothermal
 

Bosch geothermal heat pump systems are built to be ultra-efficient with low operating costs. Water-to-air geothermal heat pump systems utilize the stable temperature of the earth's ground or water sources to provide efficient heating and cooling. These systems consist of a ground or water loop connected to an indoor unit. In heating mode, the water or antifreeze solution in the loop absorbs heat from the ground or water source and carries it to the heat pump. The heat pump then extracts the heat and releases it indoors to warm the house. During cooling, the process is reversed, with the heat pump extracting heat from indoor air and transferring it back to the ground or water source.

Sanuvair® M8 UV purification solution

​

The Sanuvox M8 unit is a combination filtration system utilizing 2 ultraviolet lights, a pleated pre filter, HEPA filter, and powerful fan motor. The Sanuvox unit is designed to filter and purify harmful pollutants, odors, and other chemical/biological contaminants. The UV lamps will provide high output germicidal UVC and if needed UV-V oxidation to attack chemical and odors. Designed for homeowners who want the combined performance of HEPA filtration, an UV air purification in a single self-contained unit.

 

The Sanuvair® M8 has a simple air cleaning process:

Just like everything else in the world right now, heating and cooling equipment is getting more complex and more expensive. Unfortunately in these times it’s just a fact of life. Just like your car needs an oil change and a tune up from time to time to keep it running smoothly, your HVAC equipment is no different. Sure just like a vehicle it might run for years with no issues, but without regular service a small preventable problem could turn into complete unit failure, not to mention void your warranty. Additionally, a dirty filter, coil, blower wheel, or a stuck element could add hundreds of dollars to your utility bills and even take YEARS off the life of your equipment! Let us take the stress out of that area of your life with our Preventative Maintenance Program! 

When you sign up for the Preventative Maintenance Program it includes:

 

1 summer AC system check-up;

 

1 winter heating system check-up;

 

$10 discount on any service call;

 

10% discount on all repair parts; and

 

Priority service 24/7 365 days a year.

But what does that mean and what can you expect?

 

You will first receive a call to make a summer appointment at your convenience. We will then proceed with servicing your equipment which includes but is not limited to:

Indoor blower wheel balance check and clean;

Refrigerant charge check;

Clean the condensate trap and drain line;

Thermostat operation check and battery change out;

Filter change out (high quality pleated filter included);

Fittings and electrical components check (contactors, capacitor, fan motor, etc…);

Outdoor compressor wellness check;

Outdoor unit coil clean and check; and

Humidifier adjustment if applicable; 

 

 

In the winter, once again, you will receive a call to make the appointment. This service includes:

Carbon monoxide check if applicable;

Blower wheel balance check and clean; 

Burners/elements check and clean;

Thermostat operation check and battery change;

Filter change out (high quality pleated filter included);

Fittings and electrical components check (gas line, flu pipe, control board, etc…);

Gas pressure check; and

Amp draw on all motors and electric elements.
